徐晓峯大律师

Called to the Bar in 2018, Roy specialises in chancery practice, focusing on commercial disputes, trusts, and company matters, alongside interests in competition and securities law. His practice spans trial advocacy, appellate work, and advisory.
Advocacy is a key focus in Roy’s practice. Roy simplifies complex legal arguments into clear, compelling presentations. His strong witness handling skills have been demonstrated through conducting High Court trials involving multi-day cross-examinations on his own right.
Roy accepts urgent instructions and is capable of delivering efficient support and preparing documents under tight deadlines.
Outside the law, Roy is an amateur triathlete and trail runner, currently training for a sub-5 hours half Ironman.

- Represented a defendant to defend the Plaintiff’s summary judgment application in an unjust enrichment claim which required amendment of defence.

CACC 373/2018
- Successfully represented the prosecution in resisting the appeal against conviction and sentencing in relation to a trafficking of dangerous drugs charge.
- Assisted a client, who was facing Securities and Futures Commission’s (SFC) investigation in relation to fraudulently or recklessly inducing others to invest money, misconduct and corruption offences, to attend SFC interview.
- Assisted a client in launching a complaint to SFC for various misconduct by regulated individuals and corporations, including unauthorised allotment of shares, fraudulent representation, engaging in regulated activities without licence, etc. Participated in a without prejudice meeting.

Aaron's practice covers mainly criminal matters including white-collar crimes initiated by the ICAC, violent crimes, sexual offences, dangerous drugs offences, traffic offences and immigration offences.
Aaron has appeared as a sole advocate and junior in the District Court and Court of First Instance. He has been regularly undertaking criminal work at the magistracy level. He has also been engaged to conduct criminal prosecution on behalf of the Department of Justice.
Aaron is fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.

陈咏庄大律师
陈大律师的执业领域包括合同、土地纠纷、家事法庭案件、监管事务和刑事。她在加入大律师行列之前，是一名执业事务律师，作为房地产部门的合伙人，她专注于房地产发展项目、土地收回、项目收购及相关的银行法律业务；过往她曾为银行和发展商客户主讲持续专业发展课程和研讨会，题目包括：抵押贷款和相关的不当影响问题、印花税、香港竞争法、《一手住宅物业销售条例》（第621章）及防止洗黑钱：律师事务所的责任。
萧朝坚大律师
萧大律师于1996年获认许为香港最高法院（现为香港特别行政区高等法院）大律师，专注业务为土地法、逆权侵占、地役权及地界争议、原居民权益争议、中港合同纠纷、信托争议等等。于2014至2023年年间，萧大律师三度被香港首席法官任命为香港区域法院暂委法官，审理民商事案件，包括土地争议、合同纠纷、工伤补偿案件等。
萧大律师于2008年获英国CEDR认可调解员资格，具有丰富调解经验，过往曾参与调解多宗民商事诉讼案件，包括涉及香港医院管理局的医疗疏忽事故、香港著名干冰公司的商业纠纷、原居民权益争议、物业投资诉讼等等。
自1996年开始，萧大律师同时为各专上学院教授法律课程。 在2000年取得中国法及比较法法学硕士之后，萧大律开始为香港大学专业进修学院、香港大学和香港城市大学出任讲师教授法律课程，过往亦曾出任科主任和硕士生论文导师。萧大律师现时为香港大学专业进修学院之客席教授，主要负责香港公务员和纪律部队人员的法律培训和进修，包括香港地政总署、香港劳工处、香港海关、香港惩教署等等。

林浩恩大律师
林大律师的执业范畴包含刑事和民事案件。 林大律师主要处理包括伤亡诉讼、雇员补偿、商业诉讼和合约纠纷的案件。 他亦在可处理上述案件的法律援助律师名册上。 林大律师亦有向中国公司就它们在香港的业务在符合香港的法律提供意见，当中包括它们在香港的业务是否符合证监会和港交所规则。 林大律师亦有处理其他不同范畴的民事案件，如财产纠纷和民事藐视法庭案。
林大律师亦有处理刑事案的经验。 他亦有定期在刑事案件和不同界别的公务员的聆讯中代表政府。
在社会服务层面上，林大律师是现任香港医务委员会的业外审裁员。 他亦在2023年1月至2025年1月担任其初步侦讯委员会（1）的成员，就市民对注册医生的投诉提供相关意见。
林大律师是现时《香港法律》（Halsbury's Laws of Hong Kong）法援部份（Legal Aid）的特约作者和曾为健康和安全（Health and Safety）的编者。 他亦曾替英国及香港法律学士程度文凭（专业共同试） （侵权法和信托与衡平法）和法学专业证书（审讯讼辩）担任导师。 林大律师亦曾在不同的持续专业发展的讲座中担任讲者，与事务律师就雇员补偿、楼宇管理和逆权侵占的议题作出交流。
林大律师自2022年起担任香港大律师公会人身伤亡赔偿委员会的秘书。 他亦是香港大律师公会不同专业委员会和常委会的成员。
林大律师在2010曾以学生身份参加曼弗雷德拉克斯国际空间法模拟法庭比赛（亚太地区）（Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition （Asia-Pacific）），自此开展他对国际太空法的兴趣。 自2015年起，林大律师亦为此比赛的亚太地区赛担任评判。
林大律师在大学时以一级荣誉毕业，亦曾在大学三年级和大学四年级时登上院长嘉许名单上。
