吴政煌大律师

民事方面，陈大律师拥有广泛的民事诉讼经验，涵盖各类民事及商业争议。他在各级法院和审裁处（包括上诉法庭）都曾独自代表客户处理各种案件。陈大律师亦恒常代表特区政府处理民事案件。

刑事方面，陈大律师恒常接受被告和控方（以检控律师身份）委托，处理审讯和其他相关事宜。

除其执业工作外，陈大律师自 2022 年起一直担任Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law （C.P.E）课程的侵权法导师。

在成为大律师前，陈大律师曾在国际合规公司 The Red Flag Group （现已成为伦敦证券交易所集团（LSEG）子公司 LSEG Data & Analytics）的咨询部门任职三年。

Aaron's practice covers mainly criminal matters including white-collar crimes initiated by the ICAC, violent crimes, sexual offences, dangerous drugs offences, traffic offences and immigration offences.

Aaron has appeared as a sole advocate and junior in the District Court and Court of First Instance. He has been regularly undertaking criminal work at the magistracy level. He has also been engaged to conduct criminal prosecution on behalf of the Department of Justice.

Aaron is fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
