Tiffany Tin
Tiffany was called to the Bar in 2013 and has developed a broad civil and criminal practice.
She has been instructed in a wide range of cases involving areas such as general commercial, contract, company, construction, employment, land (adverse possession, conveyancing & lease), trusts (constructive trust, breach of fiduciary duties & property disputes), tort, personal injuries, probate, family/matrimonial (divorce suit, ancillary relief, custody, parental rights & guardianship), judicial review, guardianship for mentally incapacitated persons, as well as criminal matters (commercial, industrial & general).
Her practice involves providing advisory work and appearing as an advocate (either in her own right or as a led junior) for individuals and private entities in interlocutory proceedings, trials as well as appeal hearings in all levels of Court in Hong Kong.
She also regularly accepts instructions from Government Departments to prosecute and represent defendants in criminal proceedings, and to provide pro bono advice under the Free Legal Advice Scheme.

Elvin Chan
On the civil side, Elvin has a broad civil practice encompassing a wide spectrum of civil and commercial disputes. He has appeared as sole advocate in all levels of court up to the Court of Appeal. Elvin is also regularly engaged by the Government for civil work.
On the criminal side, Elvin is regularly instructed for trial and other matters by both defendants and as counsel-on-fiat for the prosecution.
Alongside his practice, Elvin has been teaching tort law as a tutor in the Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law (C.P.E) programme since 2022.
Before joining the Bar, Elvin was an Associate in the Advisory Department of international compliance firm The Red Flag Group (since acquired by LSEG Data & Analytics, a subsidiary of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG)) for three years.

Chris Liang
Chris joined Chambers after serving pupillage with Mr. Philip Dykes SC, Mr. Vincent Chen, Mr. Jeffrey Tam, Mr. Steven Kwan and Mr. Joe Chan.
Chris is developing a broad civil and criminal practice.
For civil cases, he has received instruction on a wide range of cases including but not limited to judicial review, probate, company and commercial, construction, land, personal injury, bankruptcy and general civil.
For criminal practice, he participates in the Duty Lawyer Service Scheme and appears as an advocate (either in his own right or as a led junior) in Magistracies, District Court, and Court of First Instance. He accepts instructions in all areas of work.
