譚諾霆大律師

蕭大律師于1996年獲認許為香港最高法院（現為香港特別行政區高等法院）大律師，專注業務為土地法、逆權侵佔、地役權及地界爭議、原居民權益爭議、中港合同糾紛、信託爭議等等。於2014至2023年年間，蕭大律師三度被香港首席法官任命為香港區域法院暫委法官，審理民商事案件，包括土地爭議、合同糾紛、工傷補償案件等。

蕭大律師于2008年獲英國CEDR認可調解員資格，具有豐富調解經驗，過往曾參與調解多宗民商事訴訟案件，包括涉及香港醫院管理局的醫療疏忽事故、香港著名乾冰公司的商業糾紛、原居民權益爭議、物業投資訴訟等等。

自1996年開始，蕭大律師同時為各專上學院教授法律課程。 在2000年取得中國法及比較法法學碩士之後，蕭大律開始為香港大學專業進修學院、香港大學和香港城市大學出任講師教授法律課程，過往亦曾出任科主任和碩士生論文導師。蕭大律師現時為香港大學專業進修學院之客席教授，主要負責香港公務員和紀律部隊人員的法律培訓和進修，包括香港地政總署、香港勞工處、香港海關、香港懲教署等等。

蕭大律師積極參與社會公益事務，曾任香港多個部門和機構的法律顧問或委員，包括香港運輸署、民政事務局公共事務論壇、東華三院法團校董會、香港醫務委員會執照醫生協會等等。 在2021至2024年期間，蕭大律師出任香港建築物條例上訴審裁小組主席，負責審理和判決針對香港屋宇署根據《建築物條例》作出的命令而提出的上訴案件。現時(2025至2027)，蕭大律師是地政總署紀律審裁委員團成員，負責研訊認可土地測量師在《土地測量條例》下的違紀行為。現時(2025至2027)，蕭大律師是地政總署紀律審裁委員團成員，負責研訊認可土地測量師在《土地測量條例》下的違紀行為。

蕭大律師自1997至今，一直以當值律師的身份熱心為香港市民提供義務法律諮詢服務，於2016年及2021年獲兩任香港民政事務局局長書面表揚。

于2024年，蕭大律師取得中華人民共和國粵港澳大灣區律師資格，並于2025年成為粵港澳大灣區執業律師。

蕭大律師能操流利普通話、粵語及英語，可以使用以上語言來進行訴訟、調解、會議及工作。

Chris joined Chambers after serving pupillage with Mr. Philip Dykes SC, Mr. Vincent Chen, Mr. Jeffrey Tam, Mr. Steven Kwan and Mr. Joe Chan.  

Chris is developing a broad civil and criminal practice.  

For civil cases, he has received instruction on a wide range of cases including but not limited to judicial review, probate, company and commercial, construction, land, personal injury, bankruptcy and general civil.

For criminal practice, he participates in the Duty Lawyer Service Scheme and appears as an advocate (either in his own right or as a led junior) in Magistracies, District Court, and Court of First Instance.  He accepts instructions in all areas of work. 

Aaron's practice covers mainly criminal matters including white-collar crimes initiated by the ICAC, violent crimes, sexual offences, dangerous drugs offences, traffic offences and immigration offences.

Aaron has appeared as a sole advocate and junior in the District Court and Court of First Instance. He has been regularly undertaking criminal work at the magistracy level. He has also been engaged to conduct criminal prosecution on behalf of the Department of Justice.

Aaron is fluent in Cantonese,English and Putonghua.
