Kevin has a practice spanning criminal defence, data privacy, and legal technology. He provides representation in criminal proceedings and advises private and corporate clients across industries on regulatory compliance, technology risk, and data protection law.
Kevin is accredited as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, primarily focusing on personal data handling, cross-border data transfer, and digital governance.
Alongside his legal practice, Kevin is the Programme Leader for the Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law (Common Professional Examination), the LLB (Hons) Hong Kong, and the LLM programmes jointly offered by HKU SPACE and Manchester Metropolitan University.

Aaron Leung
Aaron's practice covers mainly criminal matters including white-collar crimes initiated by the ICAC, violent crimes, sexual offences, dangerous drugs offences, traffic offences and immigration offences.
Aaron has appeared as a sole advocate and junior in the District Court and Court of First Instance. He has been regularly undertaking criminal work at the magistracy level. He has also been engaged to conduct criminal prosecution on behalf of the Department of Justice.
Aaron is fluent in Cantonese,English and Putonghua.

Caspar Ng
Caspar practices in the full spectrum of criminal and civil matters. Since the commencement of his pupillage with Ms. Anita Yip SC, Caspar has especially enjoyed advising on chancery matters with a particular focus on matrimonial finances and family law, inheritance and probate, trust and administration, commercial and land disputes. He also accepts instructions to handle criminal matters as a defence attorney, or as a fiat-prosecutor on behalf of the HKSAR government.

Hanif Mughal
Hanif Mughal is both a practising barrister and an academic. He accepts instructions in a broad range of both criminal and civil law, including interlocutory, trial, appellate and advisory cases. He has appeared as counsel in all levels of the courts in Hong Kong. As an academic, Hanif has extensive teaching experience in various law courses including the PCLL at the tertiary institutions of Hong Kong. He has held the position of Adjunct Professor.
Judgments in many cases that Hanif has handled are reported in the law reports.
