Kevin has a practice spanning criminal defence, data privacy, and legal technology. He provides representation in criminal proceedings and advises private and corporate clients across industries on regulatory compliance, technology risk, and data protection law.

Kevin is accredited as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, primarily focusing on personal data handling, cross-border data transfer, and digital governance.

Alongside his legal practice, Kevin is the Programme Leader for the Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law (Common Professional Examination), the LLB (Hons) Hong Kong, and the LLM programmes jointly offered by HKU SPACE and Manchester Metropolitan University.

Natalie Wong

Natalie joined Chambers after completing pupillage with Mr. Hanif Mughal, Ms. Annie Lai, Mr. Lawrence Hui and Mr. Isaac Chan. She also served as Marshall to the Honourable Madam Justice Carlye Chu, Vice-President of the Court of Appeal.

During her studies, Natalie served as the Vice-President of the University of Bristol Bar Society. She was also an avid mooter and debater, representing the University of Bristol in various intervarsity mooting and debating competitions. 

Natalie is developing a broad civil practice and has experience in cases involving Land/Property law (including Adverse Possession, Easement and Right of Way, Trust and Probate, and other related matters such as building management), commercial and contractual disputes, personal injury claims, employee’s compensation claims, and companies’ winding up.

Natalie's experience in criminal area includes sexual offences, violence offences, money-laundering, dishonesty offences, traffic offences, possession/trafficking in dangerous drugs, industrial summonses and other crimes.

Natalie is fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Chris Liang

Chris joined Chambers after serving pupillage with Mr. Philip Dykes SC, Mr. Vincent Chen, Mr. Jeffrey Tam, Mr. Steven Kwan and Mr. Joe Chan.  

Chris is developing a broad civil and criminal practice.  

For civil cases, he has received instruction on a wide range of cases including but not limited to judicial review, probate, company and commercial, construction, land, personal injury, bankruptcy and general civil.

For criminal practice, he participates in the Duty Lawyer Service Scheme and appears as an advocate (either in his own right or as a led junior) in Magistracies, District Court, and Court of First Instance.  He accepts instructions in all areas of work.
