Chris Liang
Chris joined Chambers after serving pupillage with Mr. Philip Dykes SC, Mr. Vincent Chen, Mr. Jeffrey Tam, Mr. Steven Kwan and Mr. Joe Chan.
Chris is developing a broad civil and criminal practice.
For civil cases, he has received instruction on a wide range of cases including but not limited to judicial review, probate, company and commercial, construction, land, personal injury, bankruptcy and general civil.
For criminal practice, he participates in the Duty Lawyer Service Scheme and appears as an advocate (either in his own right or as a led junior) in Magistracies, District Court, and Court of First Instance. He accepts instructions in all areas of work.

Tiffany Tin
Tiffany was called to the Bar in 2013 and has developed a broad civil and criminal practice.
She has been instructed in a wide range of cases involving areas such as general commercial, contract, company, construction, employment, land (adverse possession, conveyancing & lease), trusts (constructive trust, breach of fiduciary duties & property disputes), tort, personal injuries, probate, family/matrimonial (divorce suit, ancillary relief, custody, parental rights & guardianship), judicial review, guardianship for mentally incapacitated persons, as well as criminal matters (commercial, industrial & general).
Her practice involves providing advisory work and appearing as an advocate (either in her own right or as a led junior) for individuals and private entities in interlocutory proceedings, trials as well as appeal hearings in all levels of Court in Hong Kong.
She also regularly accepts instructions from Government Departments to prosecute and represent defendants in criminal proceedings, and to provide pro bono advice under the Free Legal Advice Scheme.

Vivian Chan
Vivian took the CPE and obtained her law degree with the Manchester Metropolitan University and completed her PCLL with the University of Hong Kong. She commenced her practice as a barrister in 2018.
Drawing from the experience from her commercial background, Vivian has developed a broad civil practice with emphasis on land, building management, equity and trusts, probate, as well as general commercial disputes. She also accepts instructions for criminal proceedings. Vivian has appeared as sole advocate in the District Court, the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal.
Alongside her legal practice, Vivian currently teaches part-time at the University of Hong Kong as a tutor, and at the University of Hong Kong School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKUSPACE) as an adjunct lecturer in Land Law and Civil Procedure.
She is also an accredited mediator with HKMAAL and has acted as Mediator in cases involving debt recovery, intellectual property rights, contractual claims, commercial disputes, employment and building management.
Vivian is fluent in English and Cantonese.

John Necholas
John Necholas, Called to the English Bar at Michaelmas,1972. Pupillage under the Hon. Brian Clapham and Hon. Graham Boal. Admitted to the Hong Kong Bar in 1975 and stayed in practice ever since.
